Established in 1961, Gulf South Precast/Prestressed Concrete Association is a non-profit organization representing the coordinate efforts of the major prestressed and precast concrete manufacturers in the states of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle.

• To render useful service in every feasible manner to practicing architects, engineers, and the construction industry.
• To maintain and to seek continual improvement of high standards of quality in the manufacture of prestressed and precast concrete products.
• To foster the development of new prestressed and precast products.
• To encourage the wider use of new and existing products through promotional and informational activities.
